Resolutions Resolution: Product Committee Feedback?
This resolution was approved on February 13, 2020.

Whereas, the continued development and relevance of the Wikimedia Foundation's software product offerings are a core part of the Foundation's programs in service of its mission; and

Whereas, the Board of Trustees wishes to dedicate resources to providing greater and more sustained strategic support for the Foundation's product-related decisions;

Now, therefore, it is:

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees creates a Product Committee;

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees adopts the Product Committee Charter as set forth below; and

Resolved, that the Board of Trustees appoints as initial members of the Product Committee Esra'a (Chair), Shani, and James, with Nataliia as alternate.
