- The Executive Director will briefly report on the Foundation's activities since the previous Board meeting.
Form 990
- The Treasurer and the Executive Director will provide an overview of the Form 990 paperwork for the Foundation's fiscal year 2016-17, to be filed with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
