Meeting on the Wikimedia Foundation
A discussion took place on the #wikimedia IRC channel on Friday 17 September, 2004 to discuss the upcoming fundraising drive and the current progress being made with grant applications. A full log of the meeting is available at Fundraising meeting, September 2004/Log.
The meeting addressed the following questions:
- What is the target amount for the drive?

- Thought Jamesday mentions US$30,000-US$50,000 on hardware for a quarter...
- 10 domains/country * 100 countries = 10000/yr
- At this moment, we have US$26,662.84 in the bank which will not be taken into account for this fundraising drive.
