- 이사회는 기금 모금 위원회의 설립을 승인합니다.
- 위원회는 다니엘 마이터가 구성합니다.
- 이사회는 위원회가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 자체 절차 규칙을 만들고 다른 구성원을 추가할 수 있는 권한을 위원회에 부여합니다.
- 이사회는 위원회가 자금 조달을 위한 전략 계획을 개발하는 데 필요한 모든 조치를 취하도록 지시합니다.
- 이사회는 위원회 구성에 대해 6월 11일까지 보고하도록 위원회에 지시합니다.
- 이사회는 6월 17일까지 진행 상황과 제안된 절차를 보고하도록 위원회에 지시합니다.
