チャプター委員会の推薦により、ウィキメディア・フィンランドの組織と定款細則が、国別協会設立に向けて、現在の要求水準とガイドラインに従っていることを確認した。そこで以下を決議する。
理事会理事は、公式にウィキメディア・フィンランドをウィキメディア国別協会に認定する。
