Resolutions OTRS Feedback?
Dette vedtaket angående å ansette en på fulltid for å svare innkommende telefonanrop og håndtere OTRS-tickets (og senere bli Volunteer Coordinator) ble vedtatt ved avstemning (tre for) 26. mai 2006.

Organisasjonen hat blitt enige om å ansette en på fulltid for å svare på innkommende telefonanrop og å håndtere OTRS-tickets.
