It may not be circumvented, eroded, or ignored by Wikimedia Foundation officers or staff nor local policies of any Wikimedia project. Whereas the Foundation desires to be represented at the International Digital Publishing Forum;
It is hereby resolved that:
Jean-Baptiste Soufron shall attend the conference on behalf of the Foundation and the Foundation will pay Soufron's reasonable travel expenses not to exceed US$750.
Jean-Baptiste Soufron is expected to provide feedback to the Board within two weeks of the conference, including a report and contact information.
