- The Chair will call the meeting to order.
- Operational Update
- Katherine will provide a regular operations update for the Wikimedia Foundation, including an update on anti-harassment work, executive hiring, and the strategy process.
- Governance review update
- Nataliia will provide an update on the Governance Committee's work.
- Committee updates
- The chairs of the Governance, Human Resources, and Audit committees will provide an update from their committee, if appropriate.
- Housekeeping
- The Board will discuss the Board's site policy approval duties, including possibly clarifying them in the future.
