Introduction

• The Chair will call the meeting to order.

Operations update

• The Executive Director will briefly report on the Foundation’s activities since the previous Board meeting.

Form 990

• The Treasurer and the Executive Director will provide an overview of the Form 990 paperwork for the Foundation’s fiscal year 2016-17, to be filed with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.

Annual Plan

• Following a presentation from the Executive Director and Treasurer, the Board will discuss the Foundation’s programmatic priorities and proposed budget for FY 2018-19.

Executive session

• The Board will reserve a period at the end of the meeting for confidential discussion without staff present, if needed.
