There are six committees of the Board of Trustees: the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, the Governance Committee, the Talent and Culture Committee, the Community Affairs Committee, and the Product and Technology Committee. The Board Handbook contains additional information about each of the committees. Current committee membership is listed below.
Executive Committee
- Chair: Nataliia Tymkiv (as the chair of the Board)
- Members: Kathy Collins (vice-chair, chair of Audit Committee), Lorenzo Losa (vice-chair, chair of the Product and Technology Committee),
- Alternates:Victoria Doronina, Shani Evenstein Sigalov, Dariusz Jemielniak, Esra'a Al Shafei, Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight
