There are six committees of the Board of Trustees: the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, the Governance Committee, the Talent and Culture Committee, the Community Affairs Committee, and the Product and Technology Committee. The Board Handbook contains additional information about each of the committees. Current committee membership is listed below.

Executive Committee

  • Chair: Nataliia Tymkiv (as the chair of the Board)
  • Members: Shani Evenstein Sigalov (vice-chair, chair of Community Affairs Committee), Esra'a Al Shafei (vice-chair, chair of Product & Technology Committee), Tanya Capuano (chair of Audit Committee), Dariusz Jemielniak (chair of Governance Committee), Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight (chair of Talent & Culture Committee)

Audit Committee

  • Chair: Tanya Capuano (appointed in 2019)
  • Members: Lorenzo Losa, Raju Narisetti
  • Alternates: Mike Peel; Nataliia Tymkiv
  • Staff Liaison: Chief Financial Officer (currently Jaime Villagomez)

Governance Committee

  • Chair: Dariusz Jemielniak (appointed in 2021)
  • Members: Shani Evenstein Sigalov, Lorenzo Losa, Nataliia Tymkiv

Talent & Culture Committee
