Isn't both GFDL and © a bit ambiguous? Not that I'm that into GFDL to tell… Jon Harald Søby 15:25, 12 September 2005 (UTC)

No, not really. Everything is copyrighted, except Public Domain. Even GFDL is copyrighted - it just allows everyone to share it, modify, etc., on the terms of the GFDL license. Dariusz "Datrio" Siedlecki 15:28, 12 September 2005 (UTC)
Ok, then I understand. Thanks for clearing it up. =) Jon Harald Søby 15:45, 12 September 2005 (UTC)

Article or text copy?

(Ping User:Mehman97, who overwrote this page with a copy of the text of the WMF's bylaws.)

I think it would be preferable if this page were about the bylaws of our various organizations. It could have a link to Board Member Support#Bylaws and policies, and a list of bylaws of Wikimedia organizations (linking to pages about those bylaws, and to the texts themselves, when applicable). Thoughts on this? --Yair rand (talk) 20:35, 18 October 2021 (UTC)
