This page contains the list of users who have signed the new Confidentiality agreement under the Access to non public information policy. Starting September 15th 2015 all users who are given rights that fall under that policy (such as checkuser, oversight or steward) are required to be listed below before they are granted rights. The users listed on the archived version of this noticeboard (under the old Access to nonpublic data policy) have until December 15th 2015 to sign the agreement.

Stewards

The users listed below have signed the Confidentiality agreement, which is required for restricted permissions (checkuser, oversight, steward, ombudsman, Board of Trustees), or other positions requiring access to personally identifiable information, as defined by board policy. See the Confidentiality agreement "How to" page explaining the identification process.
