Il est résolu que : Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. fera une donation en un seul versement de USD 5.000 (cinq mille) au Peer-Directed Projects Center, l'organisation à but non lucratif opérateur du réseau Internet Relay Chat de FreeNode (IRC). Ce don reconnaît la valeur énorme de la discussion en ligne pour la communauté de Wikimedia, au niveau des projets, pour les langues et pour les chapitres, aussi bien que pour la fondation elle-même. La fondation exprimera également ses condoléances concernant la mort de Rob Levin, le fondateur de FreeNode et du PDPC, par une lettre écrite à la veuve de Rob Levin, Debbie. |

It is hereby resolved that: The Wikimedia Foundation, Inc. will make a one-time donation of US$5,000 (five thousand) to the Peer-Directed Projects Center, the non-profit organization which operates the FreeNode Internet Relay Chat (IRC) network. This donation recognizes the tremendous value of online chat to the Wikimedia community, on the level of projects, languages and chapters, as well as to the Foundation itself. The Foundation will also express its condolences regarding the death of Rob Levin, founder of FreeNode and the PDPC, in a written letter to the widow of Rob Levin, Debbie. |
