| After a motion to vote by Jan-Bart, seconded by Patricio, this resolution was approved on July 9, 2014. |
Resolved, that the Board of Trustees (Board) appoints the following people to the Funds Dissemination Committee (FDC) for a term beginning on July 11, 2014 and continuing for two years, or until the appointment of their replacement, whichever is the later.
