Funds Dissemination Committee initial membership (2012)

This resolution appointed the initial membership of the Funds Dissemination Committee. It was unanimously approved online on September 25, 2012.

Resolved, that the Board appoints

a) the following nine people as initial members of the Funds Dissemination Committee ("FDC"):

Arjuna Rao Chavala
Dariusz Jemielniak
Ali Haidar Khan
Patricio Lorente
Mike Peel
Yuri Perohanych
Sydney Poore
Jan-Bart de Vreede
Anders Wennersten

b) Susana Moraes as ombudsperson
