Resolution: Funds Dissemination Committee initial membership (2012)

Resolved, that the Board appoints
a) the following nine people as initial members of the Funds Dissemination Committee:
- Arjuna Rao Chavala
- Dariusz Jemielniak
- Ali Haidar Khan
- Patricio Lorente
- Mike Peel
- Yuri Perohanych
- Sydney Poore
- Jan-Bart de Vreede
- Anders Wennersten
b) Susana Moraes as ombudsperson
