| This resolution re-appointing Jan-Bart de Vreede to serve another one-year term on the Board was approved by vote (5 supports, 1 abstain, 1 not present) on 7 October 2007. |
It is hereby resolved that:
- The Board appoints Jan-Bart de Vreede to serve for another one-year term as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, beginning immediately after the end of his current term on December 31, 2007.
