1. The Board shall meet the 1st Tuesday of every month at 11:30 UTC.
2. All Board meetings will adjourn not later than 13:00 UTC unless extended by unanimous vote of all members present at the meeting.
3. All items to be voted upon, with the possible exception of sudden emergency items, will be placed on the agenda at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
