Movement accountability standards

This vote requested the Audit Committee to draft movement accountability standards. Approved 9-0, with 1 absent on February 9, 2012.

The Board asks the Audit Committee to work with the staff to develop accountability standards for movement entities, taking into consideration existing standards and recommendations. These should be presented to the Board for approval in advance of the March Board meeting.
