Resolutions Trustee Terms and evaluation Feedback?
This resolution regarding Board-appointed Trustees and general Trustee evaluation passed with 6 supports and 4 recusals on 9 October 2010.

The Board accepts the Board Governance Committee's recommendation to extend the term of Board-appointed Trustees from one to two years, and directs the Governance Committee to develop a detailed set of recommendations around both balancing the term of appointed and community members and instituting a board member evaluation and replacement process as a successor to the prior Nomination Committee process. The Board asks the Governance Committee to present these detailed recommendations by the end of the year.
