It is resolved that:
WiktionaryZ test site be hosted on Wikimedia servers, to allow for the project and the software to be tested until ready for consideration as a Wikimedia project. Hosting the website will only occur if and after the code has been tested and the software declared safe by the Chief Technical Officer.
Submitted July 16th. Vote expected before July 25th. After that date, the resolution will be passed by the simple majority of votes provided (to take into account the resolution was already approved by the committee).
