We didn't vote on specific language of a resolution, so I removed the narrative sentence. While the majority of changes were to improve compliance with laws, we also made changes to clarify procedures that did not conflict with any applicable laws, and we defined staff officer roles and delegated some current officer tasks to staff as a result. So if we're going to say anything specific, I would amend this resolution to read something like:
- "These revisions are being made to ensure the Foundation's continued compliance with applicable laws, to clarify its procedures, and to define staff officer roles."
