Displays a random photo appropriate for use in footer sections.

To add a photo:

Add a new entry to the template giving the photo the next appropriate number assignment. For example, if you are adding the photo following entry 14, your entry would look like:
```
|15 = File:Name.jpg
```
Increase the number within the {{random number}} template entry, for example from 14 to 15 (continuing with example from past step):
```

```
Add the image to the gallery of this documentation page.
