Daniel Phelps is the Office Manager at the Wikimedia Foundation where he oversees human resources, staff travel, and day-to-day office facilities/operations. Daniel comes to the Foundation from Double Fine Productions, and currently co-owns a flower shop, The French Tulip, with his wife in San Francisco.
