About me
My work
As an Agile Coach on the Team Practices Group, I teach, coach, and advise the Analytics Engineering, Research & Data and Design Research teams on Lean and Agile methods. Together, we focus on delivering value at a sustainable pace while making a commitment to engage in continuous improvement. Laughter also features in many of our interactions.
I have extensive experience in Program and Project Management via both Agile and more traditional frameworks. My interests include the Toyota Production System, Lean, Scrum and Complexity.
