About me

I take pride in our organization and how we present ourselves, our services and our work at every level. Our mission presents an awesome responsibility and I feel privileged to be a part of this purpose. Honoring passion and prudence, I work to create productive, nimble, resourceful services and teams to develop a strong infrastructure for a working office and remote community.

I have 20 years of experience in non-profit organizations with a proven ability to develop quality teams to operationalize vision and ideas and deliver compliant, creative business solutions. I use frequent examination of purpose, service, and risk to keep systems fresh and relevant. I enjoy a challenge and consistently bring a deep committment to people and product.

My work

It is the goal of the Administration team to support the WMF mission by leading, supporting, improving infrastructure in the following areas:

• Build Administration team and create service definition and expectation
• Support positive internal staff experience
• Create supportive, effective SF office and remote environments
• Produce documentation and communications
• Develop systems for safety and security of physical offices
• Centralize Travel support services
• Contain expenses, manage budget and improve vendor service quality
