About me
I graduated from Michigan State University, College of Law where I focused my studies on intellectual property law. I am excited to continue working with the Wikimedia Foundation after first joining the WMF as a legal intern.
My work
As legal counsel for the Wikimedia Foundation, I focus primarily on managing the WMF contracts portfolio, HR matters, and trademark licensing. Additionally, I support the Strategic Partnerships team and help diffuse legal threats. I will continue exploring how intellectual property, privacy, and cyber law effect the functioning of an open-source community organization.
