Trying to get things together re: upcoming vacation / transition to regular FTE. Pinged Roan & Trevor about UploadWizard bugs. Reorganizing UploadWizard planning docs, converting everything to bugzilla. |

Status: lunched
Last week:
- Dark launch of UploadWizard frontend on 11/24
- Continuing to fix bugs that we deem important enough for our public launch 11/30
- documenting for community, report to Ford
- (Will not be taking Thanksgiving off, but will eat your chili and/or other holiday meal)
This week:
- Actual launch of UploadWizard
- dealing with bugs and other aftermath, setting goals for followup release (~ 1 month?)
- assigning some bugs to Roan & Trevor
- post-partum notes
- writing tech docs, tech blog post
- helping with Media Storage project -- developing requirements probably -- with Russ, Mark Bergsma & Ariel
- talking UploadWizard design with Brandon (just getting advice)

Dec 1
Met with Danese 1:1 re: contract.
Emailed Brandon to set time/date for collab.
Triaging bugs, working on post-partum report.
Brain mostly fried from deploy.
Dec 2
Out half the day (landlord issues, moving)
Talked with Brandon about UI for UploadWizard. At this point we are just in bugfix mode, but like most we identified the licensing / tutorial issues as the primary wart.
