Projects: Upload Wizard, MediaStorage, Resource Loader Status: lunched

Last week:

  • Dark launch of UploadWizard frontend on 11/24
  • Continuing to fix bugs that we deem important enough for our public launch 11/30
  • documenting for community, report to Ford
  • (Will not be taking Thanksgiving off, but will eat your chili and/or other holiday meal)

This week:

  • Actual launch of UploadWizard
  • dealing with bugs and other aftermath, setting goals for followup release (~ 1 month?)
  • assigning some bugs to Roan & Trevor
  • post-partum notes
  • writing tech docs, tech blog post
  • helping with Media Storage project -- developing requirements probably -- with Russ, Mark Bergsma & Ariel
  • talking UploadWizard design with Brandon (just getting advice)
