About me

I joined the Wikimedia Foundation Staff in May 2015. Prior to joining the foundation, I served as Director of Learning and Knowledge Management for United Way Worldwide and as Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Creative Education Foundation and the Creative Problem Solving Institute. My background includes global consulting for Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations in the areas of leadership, knowledge management, non profit governance and innovation. I have lived and worked in the US and Latin America as well as worked on extended project assignments in India, the UAE and South Africa.

My work

As Director of the Learning and Evaluation Team, I work with a committed team of professionals helping our communities around the world measure and learn from program investments. Understanding how to best leverage the time and commitment of our volunteers and financial resources is key to Wikimedia’s mission to share knowledge with the world. It is inspiring to be part of an organization that is constantly learning and innovating and committed to accelerating our movement’s growth and impact through sharing of knowledge. The learning and evaluation portal is a key learning hub sponsored by our team as a learning space and place to connect and collaborate.
