I removed your edit from Local chapters for the sake of notafish's opinion I have recently heard at m:User talk:Notafish or mine (perhaps now archived). As Local Chapter Chair, she is responsible of chapters recognition on the Wikimedia Foundation, and according to her nor UK and Netherland hadn't reached to the condition this page (=WMF) mentions to them officially.
