Whereas, the Board of Trustees created the Executive Committee in 2021 to provide coordination and oversight for the work of the Board; and
Whereas, the Board believes it would improve the effectiveness of the Executive Committee if committee membership were not tied to the committee chair positions;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the Board adopts the Executive Committee Charter as set forth below.
