| Dieser Beschluss zur Einstellung von Delphine Ménard als Chapter-Koordinator wurde am 27. Januar 2007 per Abstimmung (5 dafür, 2 Enthaltungen) angenommen. |
In Anbetracht dessen, dass die Foundation der Ansicht ist, dass sie einen Chapter-Koordinator benötigt, um Chapter und chapterbezogene Aktivitäten zu entwickeln und die Beziehungen zwischen Chaptern und Foundation zu fördern,
Wird beschlossen, dass:
- Das Kuratorium der Einstellung eines Chapter-Koordinators mit der folgenden Stellenbeschreibung zustimmt;
- Delphine Menard ab dem 1. Februar 2007 in Teilzeit (50 %) als Chapter-Koordinator eingestellt wird;
- Delphine Menard, living in Germany, will start as a contractor for a period of 6 months, during which the Foundation will resolve whether to hire her as personnel or continue the working relationship with her as contractor;
- The terms as agreed upon in the job proposal apply, including the salary (see BoardWiki) (to which VAT will be added in a monthly bill) and the expenses budget of US$10,000 per year.
