This resolution agreeing that Sue Gardner can negotiate with Mike Godwin the terms of legal coordinator was approved by vote (6 supports, 1 missing) on 1 July 2007.

Whereas the Wikimedia Foundation is in need of legal guidance and coordination of pro bono legal assistance,
