Whereas the Wikimedia Foundation is in need of legal guidance and coordination of pro bono legal assistance, It is hereby resolved that:
- The Board agrees to delegate Sue Gardner to negotiate terms with Mike Godwin with the intent of hiring him as Legal Coordinator for the Wikimedia Foundation. The Board agrees to delegate authority to Michael Davis to sign the final agreement.
