| この決議は、ウィキメディア・インドを公式な 国別協会と認めるものであり、2010年6月に全員一致で承認された。 |
チャプター委員会の推薦により、ウィキメディア・インドの組織と定款細則が、国別協会設立に向けて、現在の要求水準とガイドラインに従っていることを確認した。そこで以下を決議する。
理事会理事は、ウィキメディア・インドを公式に国別協会と認定した。
The Board of Trustees grant Wikimedia India interim permission to use the Wikimedia trademarks pending signature of the Chapters Agreement.
This recognition starts on the day Wikimedia India becomes an organisation recognized by the relevant official Indian authorities.
