| This resolution approving the Conflict of interest policy was approved on 25 September 2006. |
It is hereby resolved that
- the Wikimedia Foundation board approves the Conflict of interest policy, along with the pledge and the questionnaire.
- failure to complete these documents or failure to abide by this policy constitutes valid grounds for removing the person from the Foundation.
- Questionnaires and pledges shall be submitted by existing Covered Persons within 45 days of the adoption of this resolution. Future potential Covered Persons shall be required to submit such documents prior to becoming a Covered Person.
- the Board may exempt a Covered Person from this policy.
