Whereas, the mission and vision of the Wikimedia Foundation are closely aligned with international human rights standards and principles; and
Whereas, the Foundation wishes to deepen our commitment to protecting, respecting, and advancing human rights by implementing policies and practices specifically designed to assess and improve our work and our organization's human rights impact
Now, therefore, it is
RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees approves and adopts the Wikimedia Foundation Human Rights Policy.
