Things to be changed today (11/3):
- Change Chapter picture on the Landing page to one with only active chapters are colored. (per Erik)
- Get donate button hooked up. (David is awaiting Brion to implement.)
- Move Live Comments from here (http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Special:ContributionHistory) to here (http://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Test/Donate/Comments/en)
- From the 'Show support' page, make sure the 'See live comments link' is going to the right place.
- Make sure the Stories page is working.
Phase 2 (AFTER 11/3):
- Translation of non-Core pages to more languages.
- Longer, searchable Live Comments features
- Set minimum donation script for $1 (or equivalent)
- Next set of 3 or 4 site notices
- Enable wiki-specific site notices for other wiki projects. i.e. The site notice for Wikibooks would read "Wikibooks is a non-profit project: Donate today."
