보험 위원회를 구성하는 이 결의안은 2006년 1월 14일 음성 투표로 승인되었습니다.

다음과 같이 결의함:

이사회는 "사이버보험" 취득을 위한 위원회인 "사이버보험 워킹그룹"의 창설을 승인합니다.
# 이사회는 "사이버보험" 취득을 위한 위원회인 "사이버보험 워킹그룹"의 창설을 승인합니다.
위원회는 처음에 마이클 데이비스, 안젤라 비슬리, 지미 웨일스 및 대니 울로 구성됩니다.
위원회는 사이버보험 워킹그룹이 자체 의사규칙을 만들고 위원회가 필요하다고 판단하는 경우 다른 구성원을 추가할 수 있도록 권한을 부여합니다.
위원회는 위원회가 사이버 보험 신청을 준비하는 데 필요한 모든 조치를 취하도록 지시합니다.
이사회는 2006년 1월 21일까지 의장을 지명하고 신청 상태에 대한 최초 보고서를 이사회에 보고하도록 위원회에 지시합니다.
이사회는 사이버 보험 실무 그룹에 2006년 2월 11일까지 공식적으로 보고하도록 지시합니다.
2006년 1월 14일 모든 이사의 음성 투표로 승인됨
The Board directs the committee take all steps necessary to prepare the application for cyber insurance.
The Board directs the committee to report back by 2006년 1월 21일 with the designation of a chairperson and an initial report to the board on the status of the application.
이사회는 사이버 보험 실무 그룹에 2006년 2월 11일까지 공식적으로 보고하도록 지시합니다.

이사회는 음성 투표로 승인합니다.
