Whereas, the Board of Trustees has instructed the Foundation to develop a Universal Code of Conduct to create a binding minimum set of standards across all Wikimedia projects and spaces; and

Whereas, the Board has reviewed the draft Universal Code of Conduct written by the joint volunteer-staff drafting committee, with extensive community feedback and outreach and with documentation of modifications in a publicly available change log;

Now, therefore, it is:

RESOLVED, that the Board approves and adopts the Universal Code of Conduct as an enforceable policy across all online and offline Wikimedia projects and spaces; and

RÉSOLU, que la deuxième phase de la mise en œuvre du Code de Conduite Universel, qui définit des voies d'application claires, devrait être achevée d'ici la fin de l'exercice fiscal 2020-2021 (juillet 2021).
