This resolution was approved on June 14, 2019. |
RESOLVED, the Board of Trustees hereby approves management's proposed annual plan for the 2019-20 fiscal year, which includes $111.7 million of revenues and $111.5 million of expenses, including $5 million of contribution to the Endowment; and
RESOLVED, during the year, if management anticipates the reserves will differ materially from the plan, the Board directs management to consult the Chair of the Audit Committee promptly.
