Introduction
- The Chair will call the meeting to order.
Operations update
- The Executive Director will briefly report on the Foundation's activities since the previous Board meeting.
Form 990
- The Treasurer and the Executive Director will provide an overview of the Form 990 paperwork for the Foundation's fiscal year 2016–17, to be filed with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Annual Plan
- Following a presentation from the Executive Director and Treasurer, the Board will discuss the Foundation's programmatic priorities and proposed budget for FY 2018–19.
Executive Session
- The Board will reserve time for confidential discussion without staff present, as needed.
