I assume that, as is good practice, documents about each agenda item have been circulated to the WMF board in advance of this meeting? If so, please could those documents also be made available here, so that the Wikimedia community can provide input into the various discussion items? I would provide specific examples of which board items would be of interest to the wider community - but actually, I think every single one of them is of interest (and I would congratulate the WMF board for having such an interesting and exciting meeting agenda).

(of course, it makes complete sense for Sunday's discussions to be kept confidential - but I see no reason why Friday's and Saturday's discussions should be completely restricted to the Wikimedia Foundation board, rather than being opened up so that the community can provide input before the meeting.) I’d love to know more about today’s Controversial Content and Board Role and its Implication in the Movement discussions. -- Carbidfischer 08:45, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm surprised that the agenda doesn't include any discussion of the recent project fork. WereSpielChequers 12:36, 7 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

we discussed it some over email before the meeting. There's not time to discuss everything in person.. -- phoebe | talk 00:14, 23 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
