⚫ | The theme of this year's event is '''Facts Matter'''. Some people say that facts are "subjective" in today's online media environment. But we believe that Wikipedia -- and its foundation in facts -- is more important than ever. Despite global upheavals, Wikipedia continues to be one of the world's most popular websites. And that's because at the end of the day, people share a common thirst for high-quality, neutral information. We're proud to offer a place where people of all backgrounds and ideologies can come to think, learn, and find neutral ground together. And we are proud to be sustained by generous supporters, like yourself, who keep us online and ad-free. |

Wikimania will be partnering with the [[Digital Humanities Network (RedHD)]] a regional group of researchers and practitioners, to present an international track of talks and panels by multidisciplinary experts that will cover such subjects as human knowledge, its production, and the technology in the digital world: where do we stand, in terms of philosophy, anthropology, sociology, and their related fields?</translate> |

The theme of this year's event is Facts Matter.

Just minutes from Trafalgar Square, Charing Cross station, and 10 Downing Street, the Institute of Contemporary Arts has welcomed thousands of thinkers, artists, and celebrants over the years -- including Academy Award winners, Grammy winners, Man Booker Prize winners, and more. It's a great place to have conversations about the world at large, and Wikipedia. We hope to see you there.
