Recent legal discussion has suggested that we do not need to privilege "incorporated entities" in these guidelines so much. And that it may be better for small groups to remain unincorporated, even if they need to use the marks or regularly make shirts and mugs for their wikiproject. Welcoming unincorporated groups
Recent legal discussion has suggested that we do not need to privilege "incorporated entities" in these guidelines so much. And that it may be better for small groups to remain unincorporated, even if they need to use the marks or regularly make shirts and mugs for their wikiproject.
