- Florence Devouard (Chair of the board, ex officio)
- Oscar van Dillen
- Michael Davis (Treasurer)
- Ad Huikeshoven
- Sue Gardner (consultant)
Oscar van Dillen is the chair of the audit committee.
Sue Gardner was added to the committee in June 07, by the Chair of the Board.
