There are six committees of the Board of Trustees: the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, the Governance Committee, the Talent and Culture Committee, the Community Affairs Committee, and the Product and Technology Committee. The Board Handbook contains additional information about each of the committees. Current committee membership is listed below.
Executive Committee
- Chair: Nataliia Tymkiv (as the chair of the Board)
- Members: Shani Evenstein Sigalov (vice-chair, chair of Community Affairs Committee), Esra'a Al Shafei (vice-chair), Tanya Capuano (chair of Audit Committee), Dariusz Jemielniak (chair of Governance Committee), Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight (chair of Talent & Culture Committee), Lorenzo Losa (chair of Product & Technology Committee)
