Engineering Program Managers (EPM) are technical staffers responsible for the completion of some technical project.

They also work together with the Chief Technical Officer and the Deputy Director to articulate the overall product development strategy and research and make decision as to which projects the WMF either want to build or prioritize; this is part of a strategy to make WMF's decisions transparent and understandable.
